This book was fabulous. The content and back drop was spot on. This is definitely a must read Author.

This story starts with Dani, on the run from a deadly situation. She hides out in Cali and prays that she will be safe. Finding and home and a job, Dani is actually doing ok until her roommates boyfriends MC kidnaps her for basically nothing. She escapes but then just runs into Hero, the man from the bar that she can't stop thinking about.

Hero is fighting his own demons and being apart of the MC gives him the life he wants. He is protective and good in nature with a rough around the edges persona.

These two ramble back and forth. Can they see what their feelings show. Excellent characters. This read will keep your full attention from start to finish.

I love this book!! So much emotion involved between Dani and Hero. Dani is a run-a-way altho can't really say that but it's the best description without giving away a plot line. Hero is just that hero such a demanding alpha male. I would love to read about the other characters Raze, Slider and voodoo they sound so rugged. This is a book I highly recommend you read it's powerful.

I'm not usually one to read MC books but there was something about this one that caught my attention. I absolutely loved it!! The story line was fast paced but in a good, can't put it down way. Dani is such an amazing character, she is strong and a fighter. Hero is a pain in the ass in the beginning but you still see the glimpses of who he really is! By then end I wanted more but loved the way everything played out. I can not wait for more!!

This was a great story and the author is awesome. I've read several of her books before and thought that this book was a great start to her series. I definitely want to read the rest of the series. Her sub genre of romance is a very intense action-packed and passionate one that I love. Reader should definitely check the series out

Dani and Hero are my new favorite biker couple. Dani is a sweet girl running from a terrible tragedy. Hero is the alpha male biker who falls for her. Throw in a bunch of motorcycle club drama and you have an excellent MC book. Author is extremely descriptive. Almost to the point of distraction but not quite. Main characters are well developed. Secondary characters not quite as much but they are still enjoyable. Lots of hot sex. Lots of twists and turns. Story is told in dual POV which IMO helps to flesh the story out more. This is the first book by Avelyn Paige that I've read and I look forward to reading the next installment of the series.

This is part of a MC series but can be read as a stand alone and does have an HEA.
