Noelle Bogosian is turning thirty soon and her father, the king of Faery has decided they will have a Royal Tournament to determine who she will wed. Noelle really doesn't want to marry but she will honor her father's wish for her. So warriors from all over Faery come to compete for not only her hand in marriage but the role of the future king. There is a legend of a Faery's kiss that will determine your one true love with one kiss. Noelle believes in this legend and hopes that the man who wins the tournament will also win her heart. During the tournament Noelle has been told of a darkness that wants to take her. This book was a quick read that I wanted more. It was so good I didn't want to stop reading. Noelle is a kick ass princess that knows what she wants and goes after it. I loved this book and it is definitely a must read, whether you like paranormal or not.

Noelle has agreed to the Royal tournament to find a husband. She agrees to hobby Faery Law to make her parents happy. She confides in here long time friend, Marric, the alpha tokota.

Ryo enters the tournament to win Noelle's hand. They are enthralled with each other from the beginning but when the small child tells of danger, her father demands to increase security and she is to go no where alone.

When Ryo and Noelle run into each other while she is visiting Marric, they learn that the myth of "The Kiss" is indeed real.

The tournament continues until the kidnapping attempts are successful and Noelle is taken.

Together Ryo and Marric save her and they are finally able to announce their engagement.

Beautifully written book with a perfect storyline.

I'm a reader who can get lost with all sorts of characters in books. They're an escapism for me. I love fantasy novels and I loved this book.
