Merit and Ethan never get a break. All she wants is to spend time with her Master Boyfriend. There are Anti-Vampire riots destroying businesses and other houses. Not to mention the GCP is marking her house in their sites again. What can Merit do except fight the fight that may cost her and Ethan everything. I love this series and every book we learn more about Merit and Ethan. Merit is a strong character that doesn't take any crap from anyone including Ethan, much to his dismay. Ethan is strong Alpha Vampire who demands loyalty and submission but that doesn't work for Merit and they clash a lot due to it. I love how Chloe Neill throws in Romance, Adventure and Danger all together.
