~~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~~
Jill has known nothing but pain from men in her life. She travels under her the threat of her father trading with space pirates and meeting the dredge of space. During one trade she sees a cyborg being tortured while tied down to a table. She goes against her better judgement and steals him away from his captors. Coal knows what it's like to feel broken, as he was used as a breeding slave to other female cyborgs for years which resulted in his cyborg implants being damaged beyond repair. He stands out among the other cyborgs. So he decides to "fix" Jill and to show her that sex can be pleasurable. Coal realizes he will do anything to keep Jill by his side including going against the cyborg council, but what can he give her?
I loved this story. You don't read a book where the hero is so damaged like this, not only is he but so is Jill in a way. This story is full of humor, action and plenty of "fixing" done by Coal and Jill. The story-line kept me so intrigued that I couldn't put it down. Great story and one I will re again. I loved the androids on the Jill's ship they definitely made Coal's life interesting. LOL.
