~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
Liam Shaughnessy has fought since he was a kid. He fought his way out of life that wanted to beat him down at every turn. He turns to fighting and he is good at it. He has a secret desire that has to keep hidden. Michael Fairweather is his trainer and all that Liam desires, but the world thinks all he wants to do is fight and screw women. Liam wishes he could be as free at what he desires as Michael, who has a boyfriend and isn't afraid of who he is. His manager knows what he wants but his manager Dev sees dollar signs as long as Liam keeps straight literally. With the biggest fight of his life in and out of the ring what will Liam do? I enjoyed this book and I thought the storyline was good. I just felt like it took too long to get where it was going. I loved the push and pull between Liam and Michael. How Liam's internal battle of what to do come forward. I like the writing style and the story was very engaging. I just wished it hadn't been dragged out so much and I would of rated it higher. I do recommend this book as it is a good read, don't let how I feel about this book influence you too much. I just needed the story to move faster but that is a personal preference.
