Venice needed to escape earth after recovering from a horrific accident. She became a space bride but when she met her husband, she found herself in dire straits again. She had to find a route out of here and fast. Deviant's father wants him to learn to pleasure a woman so that he can put him in a family unit. He is having difficulties due to his differences and cyborg women aren't so easily accepting of him. Venice decides to pose as a sex bot of sorts. She agrees to teach him the ways to pleasure a woman if he helps her escape. She finds herself succumbing to his more than his charms. She doesn't want to ever leave him but she knows she isn't who he wants.

I giggled so much through this book. The situations that Venice got in cracked me up. Deviant was hard not to love. He just wanted to be loved for who he is but unfortunately on his planet and with his society they don't accept different. So in order to be in a family unit he needs to follow a plan, and Venice isn't part of it. I loved Deviant and Venice together. They fit so well and I think it is their differences that make them whole together.
