Savannah Morgan and Jeremy Matthews have been best friends all their lives and then at fourteen they became boyfriend and girlfriend. At nineteen Savannah breaks it off with Jeremy and breaks his heart. Seven years later Jeremy decides to go after what he wants the most... Savannah. Unfortunately Savannah has a secret that will destroy them and maybe her other best friend Emmy's heart. Savannah resists Jeremy as long as she can but when the secret comes out it destroys everything. Is this a hurt that Savannah and Jeremy can come back from? Will Emmy ever forgive her friend? Wow! This book was gut wrenching. The emotions this book evokes are just amazing. I laughed, cried and yelled at my kindle. Loved this book and I can't say enough good things about it. I highly recommend this book.

I'm so glad that Savannah and Jeremy got their own book. Reading Picking Up The Pieces made me curious as to what their past was. I loved this book.
