I have been waiting for Connor's story and Kerrelyn Sparks did not disappoint. I loved this story and it is my favorite so far in this series. Connor saves Marielle but there is more to her than he ever expected. She can help the good vamps more than they ever thought possible to finally defeat the Malcontents once and for all. Between Connor's past, Marielle trying to return home and the vampire war this is a recipe for an explosive romance. I love Connor and Marielle, they are perfect for each other. The selfless sacrifice that they are willing to give was so moving. I can't wait to see what Kerrelyn Sparks has in store for me next.
