Lucas Carrington was the new cocky quarterback for the Chicago Bears that is if he survived training camp. His new contract wouldn't be signed until then. The last thing he needed was any distractions in the form of a sweet and sexy intern who also happened to be the Coach's daughter. Gillian knew the last thing she needed was to get involved with the cocky and arrogant player that her father had termed as his hail mary. Unfortunately the chemistry and connection was something she hadn't expected to find in him. Together they are pure heat and fire on and off the field, but what happens when training camp ends and she leaves?

Loved, loved, loved this story. I couldn't put the book down. On first glance you think Lucas is the normal, arrogant, cocky and self-absorbed player but when you peel his layers back you see a man with a past, a heart and a desire that will make you love him all the more. Gillian is a sweet, sexy and talented woman who wants what she wants. This story was hot and sexy, it made me fall in love with Kim Karr all over again. Amazing read and one that I loved until the last page. I wanted to never stop reading this story. Definitely a must read!!!
