Jessica just wants peace and quiet. She thought coming to the island would bring her that but it doesn't. She meets Mike is instantly hates him. When folks find out that she is he famous author, she gets her normal reaction. Mike is taken with her but she is stubborn. When things go wrong, he saves her and they are stuck alone. A weird bonds forms between the two but Mike wants more. The storyline in this book is lovely. Everything thing from hate to danger to finally getting the wake up call she needs to find her peace. Excellent writing.

This is a brilliant novella. I love escaping into books and this story is not an exception.
