Foster & Noelle bring us an emotional story of the heart. Noelle has been abused and manipulated by someone she thought she loved. When she finally wised-up and broke away, she moved to a new place, found a new job and firmly set in place an embargo on men. Foster is an ex Navy Seal suffering from PTSD. He doesn't believe in love, doesn't feel himself worthy of a good woman and only allows random hook ups. He owns a security firm that employs other ex Seals and Noelle is his office manager. There is an attraction between these two but because of there painful pasts and strong mindsets against being vulnerable, they have a difficult time finding peace. The resolution of their relationship makes this book interesting and entertaining. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
