Q and Tess finally have married and settled into a life that Tess has thought has made them both so happy. What Tess doesn't know is Q wants something more and he fears that it will change everything between them. Is he strong enough to ask and to do what must be done to get what his heart desires? Will this one request be the thing that Tess finally says no to?
I loved the Monsters in the Dark Series and following Q and Tess along their journey of love, heartbreak, betrayal and desire. I have to admit that I love Q more so than Tess due to the fact that he has so many facets to him. You never know what side of Q you are going to get. I honestly didn't see what happened in this book as something I ever expected to happen. Never the less, I still love reading more about one of my favorite hero's. This is definitely a great dark read. So don't read this if you are expecting wine and roses, this is a dark romance and it is one that I adore.
