BLURB
This isn’t one of those stories where I was always in love with my brother’s best friend, and he’d spent years crushing on me.
Furthest thing from it, really.
I like Braden Murphy well enough. He’s a nice guy, and the football’s team star running back.
That’s why I asked him to help me get the attention of a real life prince charming.
Prince Stefan Lundin is a senior at Kinston college.
Rumor has it he’s looking for his princess.
I’m a pretty down to earth girl inside, which means I need to up my game.
Basically, pretend to be everything I’m not.
Braden reluctantly agrees, and then something crazy happens.
I realize I’ve been chasing the wrong prince this whole time.
Too bad I’ve became nothing but a lie.
Everything Braden hated. Everything I hated.
Here I was selling myself to the wrong guy, but now I’m worried the one I really want is no longer buying.

EXCERPT
A strange noise crawls out of his throat. “I’m not letting you go alone.”
I put one hand on my hip. “Hey, I’m a big girl. If I want to go alone, I’ll go alone.”
“Do you want to go alone, Cassidy?”
Oh, God, when he says my name like that, I can’t help but think about sex lessons. Thanks for putting that into my brain, Becca!
“No.” He shakes his head at me and chuckles. “But the point is, why don’t you want me to go alone?”
“I don’t know.” He scrubs his face and frowns. “I just don’t want you to, and I can’t explain why.”
“That’s fine. We need to be seen together anyway.”
He nods, and his hand brushes mine as we walk. It sends shivers skittering through me. “You did a great job on the posters and the speech. You really have a way of inspiring people.”
I snort. I’m not great at receiving compliments, usually because I receive more criticism than anything, so I blow it off and say, “I don’t think I’m really great at it. But I do enjoy it.”
“I don’t think you give yourself enough credit.”
“Yeah, maybe, maybe not.”
He goes quiet as he walks me back to my place. It’s easy to tell he has something big on his mind, but I don’t press. I have enough on my own, thinking about what I’ll wear tonight, and what I’ll do or say to Stefan if I find myself alone with him.
We reach my sorority house and he comes up the steps with me. I reach for my bag. “I got it,” he says.
“You don’t have to come up.”
“I know.” He walks inside and heads up the steps. I follow behind and try not to stare at his ass and the nice way his jeans hug his bottom.
He reaches the top and waits for me, and we walk side by side to my room. I push the door open and he drops my bag onto the table. I face him and his eyes are narrowed, as he scrubs his chin again.
I’m about to thank him for walking me, and tell him I’ll see him at the party, but he says, “Cass.”
“Yeah.”
His head lifts and his eyes meet mine. “I’ll do it if you want. I mean, if you think it will help.”
“Do what? What will help…?” My pulse jumps. Ohmigod, is he saying what I think he’s saying?
He swallows, and he reaches out and takes my hand. He gives it a squeeze, and I feel the pressure all the way to the needy spot between my legs when he says, “Give you sex lessons.”
