Slayer thought his job was done once Wendy was safe but when a delivery came to the clubhouse and she is the only person who can help him. He starts noticing more about her that he likes, as Wendy is noticing the same about Slayer. She was only supposed to be here temporary so what happens when an old threat comes knocking and changes everything. I loved this story, I loved how Wendy and Slayer weren't head over heels about each other and they actually kind of disliked the other one to begin with. The new characters introduced in this book just clinched it for me. I can't wait for Brink's book next. Write faster Winter!!!
