Alexei knows nothing but the cage he has surrounded himself with. When he rescues his next door neighbor Evie he wants more. He has a brutal past that still haunts him. Evie doesn't allow men to get close to her, she is focused on what will make her life better and that doesn't include her hot neighbor. When Evie must trust someone, she questions if Alexei is that very man who may be can not only win her heart but help her escape the danger that stalks her. Great story with characters that move you.
