~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
This is the second book in the Anne of Green Gables Series. This book follows Anne as she starts her first teaching assignment at the Avonlea school. In this book we have Anne having mishaps as well trying to help Marilla with Davy & Dora. Davy is a handful and reminds me of Anne at a younger age. He is always asking Marilla and anyone that will listen questions. He poses quite a challenge for even Anne's imagination. We meet the neighbor Mr. Harrison and his parrot with the peculiar dialect. Anne also meets a wonderful woman by the name of Miss Lavendar Lewis. She has a story that just thrills Anne and Diana. This book was narrated by Colleen Winton and she die an excellent job. The story flowed so well and listened to it all in one sitting. I loved this story as I continued to follow Anne and all her adventures. This is a series that is timeless and one that is always in fashion. Definitely a MUST read.
Narrated by Colleen Winton
