Carson's life has been crap since he lost the only woman he has ever loved three years ago and one mistake leads him on a downward spiral that he fears he will never recover from. He still loves Kathleen with his very soul but is their love enough to break through her fears? Will she be able to look past their and the pain and see their future?
WOW! Honestly this book was probably the best book I have read by Audrey Carlan. She truly knows how to weave a story around her readers. I couldn't put it down and I read it all in one sitting. This book has everything, it has love, heat, danger, suspense and so much romance. Kathleen is stronger than she thinks she is and I loved her journey in this story. Carson was such a great partner and loving man that will never give up on the woman he loves. Even apart he loves Kathleen so intensely that I was brought to tears from the emotion you feel reading their journey. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!
