Hank and Mona were falling apart. His dream of the ranch and her work as a doctor was coming between them. She was never at home and seems to enjoy it. When she has thoughts of him with Calli, she didn’t know what to do. This made the wedge between them even father. When their daughter comes home, she knows something is off with her parents. Mona and Hank talk but hey never can seem to get anywhere. Can they agree on anything or will their passions drive them apart? Excellent writing and a valuable life lesson.

Hank and Mona are approaching their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary and face one of the toughest obstacles they have ever encountered. They stumble, grope blindly in the dark, make crippling assumptions and chose easy but dangerous avoidance schemes. It was entertaining watching them searching for honesty within themselves and hoping they would find the light of truth in their hearts. Well written, filled with heartfelt emotion and a joy to read. I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review. Five Stars.

The story of Mona and Hank is breathtaking. You will not only be wanting to laugh but you will feel their pain while they try to work on their marriage. The details are written well and will play right along with your imagination. It is a very fast paced and easy read that will play through your head like a movie. This series will keep you interested and highly entertained. Each book is placed around a holiday. The title goes along with each holiday. This book A Thorough Thanksgiving goes with Thanksgiving. Each book can be a stand alone and will not need to be read in order. I was given an ARC for my honest review.

In the Fifth install of Lake Point Holidays we catch up with som pioneers Hank and Mona. They have been through life running their businesses and Mona being a doctor has a lot going on. Will these two ever get their lives together after raising their daughter. When they first married they had set goals for themselves. Do the let the goals go or do they let life take a hold of their lives until it could possibly be too late for them? Finished this in one setting this series has me trapped wanting to know what happens next.
