Calli loves her job but the cold is really getting to her. She loves the ranch and really wouldn’t have it any other way. When Hank hires Dee as the new office person, Calli goes into self-destruct mode. The two travel to Dominion Falls to make a deal about a horse for the ranch and they really get to know one another. Back home, Dee finally makes her move and of course Calli runs. When confronted, Calli lets her fears go and gives Dee a chance. I loved the book. Excellent writing with a heartbreaking story as the background. This author is fabulous.

Cali, a cowgirl with a painful past and Dee, an office manager with patience and a killer smile are the focus of this story. Fate lends a helping hand in this relationship with a needed business trip coupled with a surprise blizzard. It was a treat seeing Cali begin letting down her defenses and allowing herself to trust her feelings and accept the love flowing her way. I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review. Five Stars

The story of Calliope and Deanna is breathtaking and not one of my normal reads. You will not only be wanting to laugh but you will feel their trust issues. I also like how it adds the series Dominion Falls into this book. The details are written well and leave nothing out. It is a very fast paced and easy read that will play through your head like a movie. This series will keep you interested and highly entertained. Each book is placed around a holiday. The title goes along with each holiday. This book Luck of the Cowgirl goes with St. Patrick's Day. Each book can be a stand alone and will not need to be read in order. I was given an ARC for my honest review.

This is a story about Cali who works on a ranch after she had fallen in love with her former boss Ryan. No back and bound and determined not to ever let love get in the way of her job again. That is until Deanna walks into her her life as the new Office Manager at the Ranch. Cali starts acting awful because she doesn't want to show her true feelings that she has for Deanna. When Cali decides to go purchase a horse Deanna is bound and determined to go with her and she is going to show her just what she is missing and what she needs. Finally they give intolerant feelings for one another after being stranded during a blizzard. Will these to finally decide that they can't live without each other or they let love take it's course. This is my first f/f read and it was very enjoyable and it was really well written.

A great story of second chances. Calli & Dee have both came back home for different reasons. Calli does not like Dee as she knows nothing about horses or how a ranch needs to be run. But they are both stuck with each other as they both work for Hank who owns the ranch. Calli does think that Dee is hot but she been burnt really badly by her ex lover so she is not looking for an relationship. Dee has returned home after been away for the last year due to her grandpa's health and his passing. Calli needs to find a new mare for Hank's stock she has found the right person to get her from but Dee decides that she needs to come with on the trip. They both stay at the Hangman's Inn and they both find that they have lots in common but Calli pulls back as she does not want to be hurt again. But Dee will not let her go that easy she plans to flirt up a storm. But she get through to Calli that there can be second chances. I loved the different characters in the book as they all fitted really nicely into the story. What I enjoyed about the book is that it is a refreshing story without all that sex getting in the way. This was my first time reading a F/F book but honestly that was not a problem as the story was just so engaging." book was provided for an honest review"
