~~~~~~~~~~Tracy's ★★★★★ Review~~~~~~~~~~
Jamie Caldwell has plateaued on her physical recovery from her horrific event that changed her life forever. She is referred to work with Cole Callaway at his clinic on his family ranch in Montana. Cole is a vet that survived Afghanistan but came home different and not the man he was. His way to give back is to help others work through their wounds. Only thing is the minute he sees Jamie the only thing he can think of is her and her body and not in a healing way. Will both Jamie and Cole heal each other or will their pasts be something neither can break free of?
This is my first book by Kaithlin Shepherd and I was not disappointed. I loved Cole and all the Callaway Clan. Cole and Jamie fight so hard trying to not fall in love and it was such a wonderful story. The love of everyone in this story was very family orientated. Not a book that concentrates on the intimate relationship, it is about the emotional relationship and making the scary step of being with someone when you feel you are so damaged. Definitely a must read book and great series.
