Ella Shaw is working when all of sudden she is mugged and thrown to the ground. When she wakes up in the hospital she sees the man she desires more than any other but due to an event she hopes never to talk to again. Tyler Dare's sister Avery calls for his help when Ella gets hospitalized and the tropical island has a hurricane coming strong. So he arrives at her bedside and demands she lets him help her. Ella is the one woman that Tyler can't forget after their one night together years ago that ended disastrously due to him. With danger surrounding Ella, he is not letting her out of his sight. Once this is all done he can walk away from her, or can he?

Great book and great series. Carly Phillips pulls you in with this series and you want to get know more about the Dare Family. The characters are inviting and they get you rooting for them. Ella is a sweet woman who has a damaged past, which unknowingly Tyler is part of. Tyler also is damaged from the secrets forced on him by his father. Can two damaged people mend each other? Read this book and find out. Definitely a must read.
