Bryna has been forced to follow her parents plans for her, her entire life. When they tell her she needs to marry the man that cheated on her and blames his cheating on her, she had enough. She has a plan to escape to New York and follow her dreams. When she encounters a roommate from hell her royal watcher gives her the only option she can take. Lucas first meeting with Bryna left quite an impression so when his brother the new King of the Winston Isles sent him to guard her and show her the town but not to touch her, it was one vow he fought with every moment he spent with her. I loved the push and pull of Bryna and Lucas. This book does leave you hanging. But what a story this is and I can't wait to read the next book and the next chapter in this story.
