No nonsense Derrick is the President of this club and he answers to no one. When the club finds trouble, they call on a security firm to handle some of the issues. During this meeting, he sees Monique again. It’s been 15 years and in the blink of an eye, everything changes. His world is turned upside down but he knows that he will never be able to let her go again. This read was such a shock to me bc I totally was expecting this turn of events. Excellent writing with a storyline that will shock you but leave you wanting so much more of the MC.
